• 자동 호빙 사이클

  자동 호빙 사이클은 기계를 고생산성의 요구조건에 가장 적합하게 합니다.
  이는 상향 절삭 또는 하향 절삭 및 테이블 인피드(웜휠)가 있는 절삭에 대해 사용할 수 있습니다.
  작업자는 가공품을 올리고 내리기만 하고 시작 버튼을 누르기만 하면 됩니다.
  지지 브라켓의 유압 상승 및 하강은 자동 사이클에 포함시킬 수 있습니다.
  
  

• 차동기어

  각 머신은 최대 45。까지 나선 각을 절삭하기 위해 차동 기어를 구비하고 있습니다.
  보수부품 선반을 가진 변속 기어의 완전한 세트는 표준 장비의 일부분입니다.

  수동 호브 이동은 미세 칼라와 매겨진 눈금을 이용하여 작업자가 쉽고 빨리 수행할 수 있습니다.
  
  

• 손쉬운 운전

  기계 제어는 작업자가 제어를 하면서 절삭 공정을 가까이 볼 수 있도록 편리하게 배치됩니다.
  모든 눈금과 다이얼은 미터 또는 인치 시스템으로 제공됩니다.
  
  

• Automatic hobbing cycle

  The automatic hobbing cycle makes the machine most suitable for the requirements of high production.
  It can be utilized for conventional or climb cutting and cutting with table in feed (worm wheels).
  The operator is just required to load and unload workpieces and push the start button.
  The hydraulic lifting and lowering of the support bracket can be included in the automatic cycle.
  
  

• Differential gear

  Each machine has a differential to cut helix angles of up to 45 degrees.
  A complete set of change gears together with a storage cabinet is part of the stand¬ard equipment.
  
  

• Rigid Machine Frame-Hardened and Ground Guideways

  The sturdy machine frame, reinforced by numerous ribs, provides the necessary rigidity during heavy cuts.
  All guideways arc hardened and ground to minimize wear and to guarantee high accuracy and a long machine life.
  
  

• Dual-lead worm gear

  The worktable is driven by a hardened and fround dual lead worm to minimize acklash.
  The wormwhccl is precision cut on a parent machine used exclusively for this purpose.
  When backlash adjustment becomes necessary after years of use, it can be easily performed from the outside, by microshifting the masterworm in its axial direction.
  
  

• Powerful hob head

  The rigid box type hob head houses the hardened and precision ground head gear and pinion with its oil bath lubrication.
  The hob is powerfully driven by a single speed motor, wired to suit your electrical requirements.
  Eight hob speeds and a wide selection of feeds allow cutting under the most suitable conditions.
  Manual hob shifting is easily and quickly carried out by the operator by use of a micro collar and graduated scale.
  
  

• Easy Operation

  The machine controls are conveniently arranged in a way to allow the operator to closely watch the cutting process while handling the controls.
  All scales and dials be supplied ir in cither the metric or inch system.
